Acceptance of These Terms
These terms apply to clickercounters.com and to the Counter Pro tool on it. The site is operated by Kashif Aziz from Pakistan. By using the site you agree to what follows. If you do not agree please stop using the site.

What Counter Pro Provides
Counter Pro is a free online counter. You can count clicks, taps, laps, repetitions, attendance, inventory items or anything else you need to keep track of. It runs in your browser and needs no download and no account.
Your counts, step size, limits and theme settings are stored in your own browser. We do not host them and we cannot restore them if you clear your browser data.
Acceptable Use
You may use Counter Pro for personal, educational and commercial purposes at no cost. What you may not do is attempt to break, overload or interfere with the site or its servers.
You may not copy the site and present it as your own. You may not use automated scripts to generate artificial traffic or artificial ad impressions. You may not use the site for anything unlawful in your country.
We may block access if the site is being misused.
A Free Service Supported by Advertising
Counter Pro is free because it shows advertising. Ads are supplied by Google AdSense and its partners. We do not choose which specific ads appear on any page.
Interfering with ads, clicking your own ads or asking others to click them is not permitted. How advertising cookies work is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The name Counter Pro, the logo, the design of this site, the written content and the tool itself belong to Kashif Aziz. You may not copy, republish or resell them without written permission.
You may link to any page on this site freely. You may quote short passages if you credit the source with a link back to the original page.
No Warranty
Counter Pro is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that it will be free of errors or that it will suit a particular purpose.
The tool is a convenience and not a certified measuring instrument. Do not rely on it alone where an incorrect count would cause harm or loss. Our Disclaimer covers this in more detail.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss that results from using this site. This includes lost data, lost counts, lost income, lost time and any indirect or consequential loss.
Because the service is free and no payment is made, no refund or compensation arises.

This site is operated from Pakistan. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and any dispute arising from them will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable the remaining parts stay in force.
