THE METHOD, IN PLAIN SIGHT
Behind the result - No mystery in the method
Apply a positive whole-number repetition goal and set goal. Each Add repetition increases the total by 1. A set completes whenever the total reaches another multiple of the repetitions-per-set goal. The counter moves to the next set automatically and stops at the full goal. Undo removes one repetition. Reset clears progress but keeps the applied goals. The progress percentage is the total divided by the full goal, rounded to the nearest percent. This does not detect movement, assess technique or provide health advice.
The tool does not store counts on a server or track you. It does not fetch, validate or confirm bookings, live prices or exact rates, and it does not fetch live data. Blank optional fields are omitted from reports. Text is displayed literally, not interpreted as HTML.
Print / Save PDF uses your browser’s print dialog. Text download creates a file on your device. Neither action sends a result to this website. Optional local saving is specific to this tool and this browser; it does not sync between devices.
QUICK ANSWERS
Before you go
Does the counter detect repetitions?
No. Every repetition is entered manually. The tool cannot watch movement, verify completed work, count automatically from a sensor or judge form.
When does the next set start?
After you enter the last repetition of a set, that set is marked complete. Your next tap belongs to the next set. The tool stops accepting extra repetitions after the overall goal is reached.
Can I change the goals halfway through?
You can, but applying new goals resets progress after confirmation. Download the existing result first if you want to preserve the earlier goal and total.
Is this a workout prescription?
No. Goals are your own personal planning inputs. The tool does not recommend an exercise amount or evaluate safety. Stop any activity that is unsuitable for you and seek qualified guidance when needed.
