Scope and operator

This notice describes the tools supplied on clickercounters.com and is current as of 31 October 2026. The website is operated by its site owner. Use Contact for an owner-published support channel and privacy questions. No legal entity name, mailing address or unverified email address is asserted here.

Counts, labels and notes

The tool code handles the counts, settings, optional labels and session notes you enter. These values are used locally to update the interface and prepare reports. The counter code does not transmit them to a server, create a user profile, use them for advertising or add them to page URLs. There is no account database for these tools.

Temporary and remembered state

Without Remember on this device, state is kept in page memory and is lost when you reload or leave. If you enable remembering, a tool-specific copy is stored in this browser’s local storage. A completed CPS result can be remembered, but an active test is never resumed. Remembered data has no automatic expiry; it remains until you remove it or the browser clears it.

Local storage is not private from other people who can use the same browser profile. Avoid sensitive labels on shared devices. Another device or browser does not receive a synced copy.

Your controls

Switch Remember off to remove the current tool’s saved copy while keeping the temporary result. Clear this tool’s saved data removes its local copy and resets its current state. Browser site-data settings provide another way to erase stored entries. A failed or blocked storage write is reported in the tool; it is not silently presented as a successful save.

Downloads, printing and contact

Reports and CSV files are created locally using browser file features. Printing is handled by your browser and selected print destination. You control any file, cloud print destination or sharing service you choose. Files can contain your optional labels or notes; review them before sharing.

The contact helper does not upload its fields. A downloaded message stays on your device. If you open an email draft and send it, your email provider and the recipient will process it under their own arrangements. Do not include unnecessary personal data.

Hosting and other site software

Serving any WordPress page may create ordinary hosting or security logs, such as request time, page URL, IP address, browser information and errors. Counter values are not included in requests made by this tool code. Log access, retention and deletion depend on the hosting provider and site owner; this plugin does not set or promise a retention period for them.

The supplied counter assets load no remote fonts, advertising, analytics or third-party scripts. WordPress, the theme and other owner-installed plugins may introduce their own requests, cookies or tracking. Those services are outside the counter code and should be reviewed by the site owner before launch.

Requests and changes

Because counts are not uploaded, the site owner cannot find or restore your local tally. For questions about hosting logs or any owner-added service, contact the site owner and identify the service or request concerned without sending sensitive count data. Available rights depend on applicable law. Material changes to this notice should be reflected with an updated date.
