Session snapshots
Off by default. This page keeps a temporary count until you leave or reload. Switching this off removes this tool’s saved copy.
THE METHOD, IN PLAIN SIGHT
Behind the result - No mystery in the method
The running tally changes by 1 with each add or subtract. Log snapshot copies the current count, the optional note and your device’s local date and time into a new row. Change is the snapshot count minus the preceding snapshot count; the first snapshot has no comparison. Logging does not reset the count. Reset count affects the running tally only. Clear log removes all snapshots. Up to 200 snapshots are retained; a full log must be downloaded or cleared before more can be added. Device clocks can be wrong, and these entries are not verified activity records.
The tool does not store counts on a server or track you. It does not fetch, validate or confirm bookings, live prices or exact rates, and it does not fetch live data. Blank optional fields are omitted from reports. Text is displayed literally, not interpreted as HTML.
Print / Save PDF uses your browser’s print dialog. Text download creates a file on your device. Neither action sends a result to this website. Optional local saving is specific to this tool and this browser; it does not sync between devices.
QUICK ANSWERS
Before you go
Does logging reset the running tally?
No. Logging copies the current tally into a snapshot. You can continue counting and capture another snapshot later. Reset count and Clear log are separate actions.
Are the timestamps verified?
No. They come from your device clock and time zone at the moment of the snapshot. They are personal notes, not proof of an event, attendance or performance.
Can I open the log in a spreadsheet?
Download CSV saves all snapshots with local timestamp, count, change and any note. Potential spreadsheet formula prefixes in notes are neutralized in the CSV export. The on-page text remains literal.
Where is the history kept?
In page memory unless you opt into local remembering. A maximum of 200 snapshots is allowed. No history is sent to a server; download before clearing browser storage.
